I created LEVITATE around something I’ve come to believe deeply:

If you can truly look at yourself, all bullshit aside, you know yourself better than anyone else ever will.

You know where you're holding yourself back. You know the promises you've made to yourself. You know what scares you, what you're capable of, and somewhere underneath all the noise, you probably already know what you need to do next.

The hard part?

Showing up for yourself every single day.

That's where LEVITATE comes in.

LEVITATE is a movement and lifestyle community built around three things: Movement, Mindset and Community.

I believe there is something incredibly powerful about choosing to better yourself and then surrounding yourself with people who hold you accountable to that choice. People who celebrate you, challenge you, push you outside your comfort zone, and remind you what you're capable of when you start questioning it yourself.

Because fear is real. Doubt is real. Comfort is really comfortable.

But you don't have to stay there.

LEVITATE isn't about becoming somebody else. It's about discovering how powerful you already are when you stop getting in your own way.

That's what LEM means.

LEVITATE. Get up. Make the choice to move from where you are.

ELEVATE. Keep showing up. Grow beyond where you started.

MIND BLOWN. Look back at everything you've done and realize the person who made it happen was YOU.

Yes, you will move your body, here. We train. We sweat. We get stronger.

But this was never meant to be just fitness.

It's mind. body. power. community.

It's showing up for yourself and having a community that expects you to keep showing up.
